We ship to all US states and territories via USPS. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipping information will be sent to your provided email once the order has shipped.

Returns
Returns and Exchanges

All unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund.
Used items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. No refunds for used items, but you can pick a new product at no additional cost.
If you received damaged items, we will exchange items and full refund is available if requested. Please try to contact us within 30 days of receiving your damaged items.
Return Cost
Imogenie will cover the shipping cost of returning items. When you email about a return, we will provide you the necessary information, including a prepaid shipping label.
